 4. Earn & Re-supply: Every bag returned credits your account with 50 Drops (which equals 50p store credit). The bag is deep-cleaned, the contents are recycled, and your Drops fast-track you to our artisan tiers.

Only if your account is completely inactive for 12 consecutive months. We will always email you a friendly warning 30 days before any expiration happens so you don't lose your hard-earned credit.

Yes. Once you cross into The Studio tier, a flat 5% discount applies to everything you buy—whether it is a recurring paper delivery or an impulse fountain pen purchase in our physical store. No complex stacking, no cart confusion.

What can I actually put in the returnable bag?
We accept all empty glass ink bottles, spent plastic cartridges, and dead fountain or rollerball pens—regardless of the brand. If it writes or holds ink, we will ensure it is stripped down and routed to specialized UK recycling streams instead of a landfill.
