We know art supplies are fragile. All professional pair and boards are shipped in reinforced rigid flat mailers. No tubes, no folds, no crushed corners.

Returns

30-Day Change of Mind: 

We offer a 30-day return window (exceeding the UK legal minimum of 14 days). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.

Faulty Goods: 

In the rare event of a defect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.

Defective Nibs: 

Occasionally, a pen may arrive dry or a nib maybe scratchy. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with a photo/video of the issue and we will send a replacement immediately.

Exclusions:

Due to the nature of the product, unless faulty we cannot accept returns on opened markers or used paper pads returned.

Digital Goods: 

The "Birthday Palette" and other digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

White, the last step on a page

Every comic page and ink drawing ends with white: the highlight in an eye, the shine on hair, a stray line painted out, a star in a black sky. A jar of white and a fine brush does it beautifully but slowly. The Cartoonist White puts that white in a pen you can pick up and use in seconds.

Squeeze to control the flow

White pigment is heavy, so a white pen needs help to keep flowing. The Cartoonist White has a soft barrel: a gentle squeeze pushes more ink into the tip for a bolder line or a fill, and a light touch gives you a fine highlight.


Honest Note:

White over black is the hardest job any white does. Worked slowly, it gives solid strokes; worked fast, you get dry-brush texture — useful, but not a flat fill. For large corrections or the most opaque white over solid black, Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bleed Proof White from the jar still covers best. Squeeze gently: too hard and the tip floods. Let the ink you are covering dry fully first, and cap the pen straight away — white pigment dries in an open tip.
