30-Day Change of Mind: 

We offer a 30-day return window (exceeding the UK legal minimum of 14 days). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.

Faulty Goods: 

In the rare event of a defect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.

Defective Nibs: 

Occasionally, a pen may arrive dry or a nib maybe scratchy. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with a photo/video of the issue and we will send a replacement immediately.

Exclusions:

Due to the nature of the product, unless faulty we cannot accept returns on opened markers or used paper pads returned.

Digital Goods:

The Steno 510b is the standard recommendation for beginners: stiff enough to be forgiving of uneven pressure, flexible enough to develop the thick-thin variation that defines these scripts. The Rose nib is one of the most flexible pointed pen nibs available — very responsive to light pressure, producing dramatic variation, but demanding enough that it is not suitable for anyone who has not first developed control with a stiffer nib. The Blue Pumpkin sits between them with a larger body that holds more ink, making it useful for extended writing sessions.

Honest Note:

All Brause pointed pen nibs require cleaning before first use. Pointed pen calligraphy requires an oblique holder for copperplate scripts — attempting copperplate with a straight holder will produce frustrating results regardless of nib quality. The Rose nib is genuinely not suitable for beginners. Clean nibs after every session — dried ink on fine pointed pen tines shortens nib life significantly.
