Packaging: 

We know art supplies are fragile. All professional pair and boards are shipped in reinforced rigid flat mailers. No tubes, no folds, no crushed corners. 


Order Processing Times: 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days - we always aim to dispatch all “in-Stock’ items within 24 hours..

Note: Orders placed after 2 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (UK):

Standard (2–4 days): £3.50 (Free for The Illustrator & Studio Master tiers).

Priority (1–2 days): £4.50 (Free for Studio Master tier)

International Shipping: 

We ship globally. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

Order Tracking: 

You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your tools leave our studio. 
Returns

30-Day Change of Mind: 

We offer a 30-day return window (exceeding the UK legal minimum of 14 days). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.

Faulty Goods: 

In the rare event of a defect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.

Defective Nibs: 

Occasionally, a pen may arrive dry or a nib maybe scratchy. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with a photo/video of the issue and we will send a replacement immediately.

Exclusions:

Due to the nature of the product, unless faulty we cannot accept returns on opened markers or used paper pads returned.

Digital Goods: 

The "Birthday Palette" and other digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

The carry problem, solved simply

A pouch that holds a pen or two alongside a small notebook sounds straightforward, but most of them fail in one of two ways: they’re too precious to use every day, or they’re so generic that the materials don’t add anything to the experience. The Scribbler sits outside both problems. The waxed canvas exterior handles being stuffed into a bag with keys and coins without complaint, and develops a worn-in character over time rather than looking worse for it. The reclaimed leather details are salvaged material rather than virgin leather — which is consistent with how Peg and Awl works across every piece they make: the studio is built around using materials that already have a story rather than starting new ones.

The sizing is genuinely practical: a few pens, an A6 notebook or memo pad, a couple of small loose items. It’s the right size for what most people actually carry on a daily basis, not the aspirational size that ends up sitting on a shelf because it’s too large for a normal bag.

Honest Note:

Not structured or rigid — pens sit in the pouch rather than in individual slots, so they're protected from scuffing against each other but not from impact. If you're buying this to carry an expensive or fragile pen as your sole protection, a structured hard case is safer. The waxed canvas is water-resistant but not waterproof — a sustained downpour will eventually penetrate, so the contents should be capped or lidded.

Can this fit a full-size fountain pen?

A standard-length fountain pen (up to about 14cm capped) should fit comfortably alongside a small notebook. It’s not rigid or structured, so a very large pen may feel loose — it’s a soft carry pouch, not a hard case.

Is it waterproof?

Waxed canvas offers significant water resistance — not waterproof, but will handle a light shower without damage to the canvas itself. Contents are not sealed.

Does the leather age the same way as other Peg and Awl pieces?

Yes — the leather details will develop a natural patina with handling, in keeping with Peg and Awl’s design aesthetic across the range.
